Who are we?

We are strong advocates for healthy breeding, committed to enhancing the well-being and vitality of our dogs. Our dedication to responsible breeding guarantees that each animal thrives in a loving environment, with their health and happiness as our priority. Here you can learn more about us and our aims, our dogs and general our life with dogs.

Everybody has a story, and our became long ago. We registered our kennel in 2018, at the same time when we welcomed our first litter. But our love for dogs is not so "short".

I was born in 1995, in a small city in Celje, Slovenia. My parents moved to Maribor due to their work and we had an apartment in Tezno district, 5 minutes away from city centre. As a kid growing up surrounded with buildings and developed chronic asthma, I quickly realized I cannot have what I wanted most - a dog. My parents gave it a shot when I was 13 years old and bought me a toy poodle female from respectable kennel in Serbia. We named her Tjara and I had no problems, since poodles are known for their specific hair not causing problems to people. Today I am 27 years old and yes, Tjara is still with me, 14 years old and still counting, going pretty strong for her age. My allergies went away, but it took me a lot of sacrifice. Whenever I saw I dog or a cat, I wouldn't mind petting them and "stucking my nose" into their hair. With monthly receiving biologycal injections at my doc's office, today I have no problems - instead I have 8 dogs and 5 cats.

I never gave up on my idea, on my wish to participate and breed quality dogs, but before that giving them lovely home. We are not like most of other breeders with a lot of dogs - our dogs sleep and live inside our home even thought we have outside kennel, which we mostly use in Summer time when we wanna barbeque or cut the grass. They are part of our family, they are our friends and therefore they deserve to be inside. Mostly, people will criticize me, especially for shepherds, saying they love to be outside. Yes, they absolutely do, but they love to be next to their humans more than being outside.

My love for poodles never went away, currently we have 2,5 years old Diva (register name "Diva Best Junior of Eberl, import Croatia"). We also have 2 American Staffordshire Terrier females, 10 years old Cuba (reg. name "Proud Line I Like The Way You Move, Slovenia) and 7 years old Beba (reg. name Prada I Came to Win Dolly Bell, imp. Serbia). Currently we have 5 White Swiss Shepherds: 9 years old Una (reg. name "Una Fliegeland", Slovenia), 5 years old Dominetta (reg. name "Dominetta I Came to Win", our breeding), 4 years old Nikita (reg. name Calinca-Malinka iz Beloy Brigady, imp. Russia; currently in Finland), 4 years old Alpina (reg. name Chloe Rose of Cataline Wolf, imp. Serbia) and 1,5 year old Asgard (reg. name "Patriot of Annies JP, imp. Japan).

I cannot forget (and never will) my exceptional dogs over the rainbow as well. In 2016 we said goodbye to our black diamond, toy poodle named Nais, that we bought in Serbia (Urtago Kennel). I believe Bravecto was poisoning him, that made me think that I should never trust a veterinarian more.

And our one and only Swiss Shepherd Bjorn (reg. name "Bjorn Bako Lord of North", imp. Croatia) who passed away in December 2022 at only 6 years of age due to chondro osteosarcoma on his skull. This dog gave us everything and was my sould dog. Luckily, Alpina and Asgard are his kids and I managed to have a litter from him with Nikita as well. He gave so much to this breed and is recognisable all over the world. In December 2023, 1 year after saying goodbye to our Bjorn, we also lost our Tjara - she had almost 15 magnificent years with us.

OUR PLANS FOR FUTURE

I do believe hard work and a lot of knowledge I gained from past years helped me producing one of the most healthiest pups who are closely to written FCI standard. Putting my soul into studying each dog's pedigree has been very successful for me - I raised a lot of champions, working dogs and excellent temperament specimens. I was always looking for excellent studs, never bothered by long drive ahead of me. Nothing would be possible, if I didn't have the most supportive parents ever.

Pups raised by my stud or my own males living foreign are absolutely the most successful they can ever be - from therapeutic dogs, searching dogs etc.

In distant future I don't plan any Amstaff litters and I will definetely slow down our litters with Whites as well. I think I mostly made what I had to. However, I am planning on keeping a pup after Vuko and Dominetta for show purposes.
